For the fourth consecutive year, Amplitude is proud to have partnered with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) as the full-service production partner for the prestigious Army Expo. This vital event provides a unique opportunity for the MOD and the Army to showcase their evolving role in today's modern world amidst increasing global threats. Our long-standing collaboration is a testament to the trust and shared vision we have built, making us an integral part of this strategic annual event.

Our methodology is rooted in becoming a seamless extension of our client's team. For Army Expo 25, this meant working in close partnership with Army leadership to deliver an unforgettable experience in a new location, Edinburgh. The venue's scale and strategic location provided the perfect canvas to demonstrate the Army's capabilities to senior military figures, government officials, and key industry partners.

Army Expo 25 was designed around demonstrating how different branches of the Army and defence work together to counter contemporary threats. Our comprehensive production services were central to bringing this vision to life:

• Pre-event Strategy and Creative Development: Collaborating with the MOD to design the event narrative and attendee journey.
• Full Site and Infrastructure Management: Providing marquees, power distribution, environmental controls, and site logistics.
• Staging and Set Design: Constructing multiple dynamic demonstration zones, briefing theatres, and exhibition stands.
• Advanced Audio-Visual Support: Supplying and operating large-scale LED screens, concert-grade sound systems, and intelligent lighting rigs to create immersive, high-impact scenarios.
• Onsite Registration and Management: Delivering a smooth delegate experience with professional onsite badge printing and access control.
• Full Production Management: Providing a dedicated team of producers, technicians, and event staff to oversee every detail from installation to de-rig.

A key feature of this year's expo was a live, multi-stage demonstration that tracked a simulated threat from the digital domain to a physical response. Amplitude's team orchestrated a complex sequence of video content, live-action role-players, special effects, and vehicle movements. Our precise AV cues and production management ensured each of the 12 scheduled demonstrations ran flawlessly, creating a powerful and memorable narrative for all attendees.

The success of Expo 25 was undeniable. Over a five-day period, the event hosted more than 1,400 attendees, including the Secretary of State for Defence and the Chief of the General Staff. Our robust production solution allowed the Army to communicate its strategic messages with clarity and impact.

Our role was to provide the platform upon which the British Army could tell its story. The overwhelmingly positive feedback is a reflection of a successful and deeply valued partnership.
